Customer Service Associate

Overview As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at Wawa, you are the friendly face that greets and serves our customers. What you'll do: Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously. Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station clean and organized. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. Maintain well-stocked shelves and keep the store inviting and fresh. Follow all established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to keep the store clean and safe. Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation. Enjoys working in a team environment. The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and includes a $1.50 shift differential for hours from 12am to 6am.
