Office Manager / Accountant Responsible for managing office administration and accounting/bookkeeping to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency across all restaurant locations. Candidates with administrative, accounting, or hospitality experience are welcome, and training will be provided as needed. Working Hours, Working Style Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (onsite) Working Location Honolulu, HI 96815 (Onsite, 5 days per week) Salary, Benefit Salary: 70-85K (Exempt) Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; other standard corporate benefits Essential Duties Office & Administrative Operations Manage the timely renewal of business licenses, liquor licenses, insurances, and other regulatory permits. Monitor lease agreements, track renewal deadlines, and keep management informed of upcoming facility obligations. Process government forms, business filings, and corporate expense reports. Serve as the central point of contact for office administrative needs and general corporate inquiries. Organize documents and maintain office supplies to ensure safe and efficient office operations. Finance & Accounting Record accounting transactions and report financial information accurately and timely. Maintain relationships with financial institutions and manage bank accounts and cash balances of corporate and all restaurant locations. Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure all entries are accurately assigned in collaboration with the accounting team. Oversee the invoice payment process for all restaurant locations; ensure timely payments to suppliers and maintain vendor relationships. Develop and document internal accounting controls and recordkeeping systems, leveraging modern financial technology. Provide instructions and daily guidance to bookkeeping personnel to ensure consistency and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry Fluency in English required; Japanese proficiency a strong plus Advanced skills in ERP/accounting software and spreadsheets Physical Requirements Primarily seated office work with occasional walking to restaurant locations Occasional lifting/moving of office supplies/files up to 25–50 lbs Professional office environment with moderate noise levels QUICK USA Inc
