Material Handlers are also responsible for the transportation, stocking, and staging of manufacturing raw and processed inventory, by operating a 4D, forklift, or necessary mobile equipment.HOW YOU WILL DO ITMove raw material into inventory once receiving is completeConsolidate material in pan, rack, and arm locations to make space available for new inventoryAssist with unloading incoming raw materialReturn and restock material to inventorySystematically ship product using company application softwareAssist in disposal and stocking of non-inventoried items, including cardboard, trash, and scrap material of red rack items dispositioned as scrapProvide material requirements to the Manufacturing teamPerform duties involving the use of mobile mechanical equipment, including forklifts, 4-D, etc.Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protectedUse a computer/electronic equipment to perform data entryInteract in-person with coworkers and the public in a collaborative team environmentWHAT WE NEED FROM YOUBasic requirements:Minimum 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combinationPrior experience operating forklifts preferred; must be able to become licensed to operate mobile equipment including forklift and 4D (required)Familiarity with use of a computer and applicationsPhysical requirements:Routinely required to stand and walk; use hands to handle and feel; reach with arms and hands; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlRoutinely lift and/or move up to 50 poundsRoutinely performs repetitive movements such as bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and pullingSpecific vision requirements include depth perception and the ability to adjust focusMust be able to wear all necessary safety equipmentWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM USPay: $19–$21/hr plus bonusesSchedule: Weekends Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PMWeekly pay16 days of PTO in your first year401(k) with match starting Day 1Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective the 1st of the month after hireHSA with company contribution up to $1,500, FSA, and wellness premium discountCompany-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leave, and tuition reimbursementPet insurance, healthcare concierge, EAP, and more!This job description describes the general nature and level of work expected.
