What You'll Do

• Elevate Lives Through Leadership — Implement proven models, systems, and one-on-one business development coaching to measurably improve the productivity and long-term success of a high-performing broker team.
• Be the Expert in the Room — Provide confident transactional support, guiding brokers through complex contracts and real-world challenges with clarity and precision.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Real Estate Broker License in good standing
• Strong command of real estate contracts and transaction processes
• Preferred experience managing, coaching, or leading a team of marketing or sales professionals
• Proficiency in real estate digital tools and platforms — or the demonstrated ability to master them quickly
• Outgoing, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed

• Base Salary + Performance Bonuses
