Bilingual Customer Service Rep/ Data Entry

Bilingual Distribution Data Entry Specialist Bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with experience supporting distribution and warehouse operations through accurate data entry, order processing, inventory tracking, and customer service. Skilled at managing high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Experienced in processing orders, updating inventory records, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong ability to communicate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution. Recognized for excellent organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, and data management platforms. Dedicated to supporting operational success through accurate recordkeeping, effective communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, productivity, and continuous improvement.
