Line Cook - Summer Seasonal at La Colina, Trailhead Lodge Join our dynamic team at La Colina, located inside Trailhead Lodge, for an exciting summer season opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cook to contribute to our vibrant kitchen environment. If you are passionate about food preparation and eager to work in a small, fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep for daily service Support the kitchen team in executing menu items, which includes Mexican cuisine. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Assist with cooking and plating as needed during service Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Skills And Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep role preferred Ability to work efficiently in a small, busy kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Flexibility to work during the summer season, including weekends and evenings Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices At La Colina, we pride ourselves on a welcoming atmosphere, culinary creativity, and a commitment to quality.
