Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans , and delivering evidence-based therapy to support mobility, independence, and wellness . Clinicians will document in EMR systems , collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place. Flexibility is offered through autonomous scheduling and the integration of telehealth/virtual care to enhance access and continuity of care. Qualifications include a valid state license, degree in Speech Language Pathology, current CPR, and ASHA CCC . Physical demands involve assisting patients with transfers, repositioning, and driving between locations.
