HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the organization's workforce. This individual will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, ensuring effective HR practices, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive workplace culture.The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and approachable HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on HR responsibilities while supporting the organization's mission and long-term goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related matters.Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with organizational goals.Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Coordinate recruitment and hiring efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.Oversee benefits administration, employee leave programs, and related HR documentation.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.Support performance review processes, employee development, training, and retention initiatives.Assist with workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.Develop, update, and communicate employee handbooks, HR policies, and workplace procedures.Partner with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and timely processing of HR-related changes.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and overall employee experience.Provide guidance to managers on employee management, policy interpretation, and best practices.
