Maintenance Worker

Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property. Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques. A strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Safety oriented Must be able to climb ladders, bend, lift, and work in varying weather conditions.
