Front Desk Associate
As a Front Desk Associate at our new Gold's Gym Buckhead flagship, you'll be the first face members see — and a key part of the premium experience that sets us apart.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Set the tone for a premium club: greet and check in members, keep the front of house spotless, and support membership sign-ups and retail sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Member Experience: Greet every member by name and deliver a friendly, five-star check-in. Answer questions, handle calls and inquiries, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Cleanliness & Facility: Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas spotless and stocked. Support club-wide cleanliness standards that drive our NPS on Cleanliness.
- Sales Support: Book tours, support membership sign-ups, and refer prospects to the sales team. Handle POS, retail, and supplement sales.
- Operations & Administration: Complete light administrative tasks accurately and follow club procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications and skills include:
- Experience: Customer-service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred; no gym experience required — we'll train the right attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Warm, clear communication; comfort with POS and basic computer tools; dependable and punctual.
- Attributes: Upbeat, people-loving, and reliable, with availability across mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Salary and benefits include:
- Hourly Rate: $15 per hour.
