Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals and performance, and wants to build a long-term career in insurance and financial services.

Insurance sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We're also interested in recent college graduates who are competitive, coachable, comfortable communicating with people, and ready to begin a professional sales career.

You'll receive training, ongoing coaching, leads and opportunities to work with prospective customers, and a compensation structure that rewards performance.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs
• Quote and sell State Farm Insurance products
• Work provided leads and develop additional sales opportunities
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
• Build relationships that create opportunities for additional products and referrals
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and work toward individual and team production goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

Preferred Background

We are especially interested in candidates with:

• 1–2 years of insurance, financial services, or sales experience OR
• A bachelor's degree/recent college graduation with an interest in beginning a professional sales career

Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Applicable insurance licensing will be required. We will provide guidance regarding licensing and training.
