Base Salary: $280,000–$320,000 Annually
Total Earning Potential: $400,000–$500,000+ Annually
Additional Incentives: $10,000 Strategic Incentive

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle, Washington, area is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care network.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and cardiovascular disease.

• Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness examinations, and health screenings.

• Coordinate patient care with specialists and ancillary healthcare services.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC EMR.

• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives.

• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and multidisciplinary care teams.

• Build long-term patient relationships through continuity of care and preventive health management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $280,000–$320,000 annually.

• Production-Based Compensation: Additional earning potential based on productivity.

• Strategic Incentive: $10,000.

• Total Compensation Potential: $400,000–$500,000+ annually for a busy provider, depending on productivity and applicable incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

• Active Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and patient-centered care skills.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive outpatient primary care.
