You will: Build systems Create total visibility Hold departments accountable Remove the CEO from day-to-day operations Make the machine run at a high level, every day What You Will Own Systems Build and install SOPs across: Sales to Production to Delivery Content and show launches Ensure everything runs through a centralized system (Monday.com) Reporting Build a weekly scoreboard across: Active projects Deadlines Performance Efficiency and margins The business should be understandable in minutes, not meetings. Accountability Every project has: An owner A timeline A clear outcome Originals Marketing AI and Leverage Implement AI across: Reporting Forecasting Capacity planning Build systems that tell us what’s coming—not just what happened.
