Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and address each client's unique goals and circumstances.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to provide effective interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, effectively assessing risk factors and implementing safety plans.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant records of client sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Participate in continued education and training to stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment and best practices.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to professional guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
