Shift(s): Monday – Friday 11:00am to 7:30pm

Pay: Base rate of $21/hour and a $2/hour shift premium. Plus, our performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential!

How Your Role Fits In

As an Inventory Control Specialist at our Menasha Distribution Center. You will be accountable for executing all inventory processes within the DC. You will work directly with the operations team to ensure inventory processes are followed across job functions in the facility.

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You'll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

What you'll do:

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we'll provide the training you need!
