CNC Machinist | Up to $27/hr | 1st Shift

Looking for a 1st shift CNC opportunity with strong pay, stability, and room to grow? We are hiring a CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team offering hands-on training, development, and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Set up, program, and operate 3-Axis CNC machines and HAAS routers
• Machine precision parts from customer drawings and blueprints
• Load parts and monitor quality throughout production
• Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Complete production and maintenance documentation
• Maintain quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• CNC machining experience
• Experience with 3-Axis CNC machines and HAAS CNC routers
• Fusion 360 CAD/CAM experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of measuring tools and machine shop math
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CNC vocational training preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
