Senior Commercial Product Manager

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Commercial Product Manager to lead commercialization of its Gene Editing Therapeutic product portfolio and services. This fully remote role requires cross-functional collaboration to establish market leadership, manage product lifecycles, and drive revenue growth in the gene editing and CDMO space.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product launches and commercialization strategy for gene editing products and services
• Develop pricing strategies and forecasts to achieve annual revenue and margin growth targets
• Manage mid-to-late stage product lifecycles focusing on optimization and growth strategies
• Provide sales training and support for commercial teams on new and existing products
• Analyze market trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive positioning to inform product strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in scientific field preferred
• 7+ years client-facing product management or sales experience; minimum 5 years product management in life sciences
• Experience managing regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical products and CDMO services
• Demonstrated success launching and sustaining products in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of cell and gene therapy, gene editing, and life science industry
• Ability to influence across organizational levels without direct supervisory authority
• Travel capability up to 30% including international

Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
