Associate Clinical Account Specialist (Mid-Michigan) - Johnson and Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Clinical Account Specialist for a 6-9 month training program in mid-Michigan electrophysiology. Upon completion, the role transitions to Clinical Account Specialist, providing technical product support and training to physicians and laboratory staff on cardiac ablation systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Complete all components of the 6-9 month ACAS fellowship training program
- Provide technical product and clinical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff during procedures
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions and maintain communication
- Respond to requests and collaborate across local teams, field trainers, and support staff
- Maintain composure and problem-solving focus in high-stress clinical environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum, or Associate's degree with 2+ years related professional experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel up to 40% overnight
- Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardiac imaging techniques
- Technical knowledge of electrophysiology systems, software, and business landscape
- Advanced computer proficiency and ability to multitask independently
- Relocation to assigned mid-Michigan sales area after training completion required
