Immigration Attorney (Bilingual: Spanish/English)

Immigration Attorney (Bilingual: Spanish/English) Abogados Centro Legal (ACL) | Hoover, AL Job Type Full-time Pay $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year What You’ll Do You will fully own your cases from day one. Handle family-based immigration cases (I‑130, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, etc.) Prepare and file U Visas and other humanitarian applications Manage removal/deportation defense cases, including court appearances Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and immigration court Draft motions, legal arguments, and supporting documentation Communicate directly with clients in Spanish and English Keep cases moving—no delays, no dropped balls Identify problems early and solve them before they impact the client What We’re Looking For Fluent in Spanish and English (non‑negotiable) Licensed attorney (Alabama preferred) Experience handling immigration cases independently Comfortable managing family‑based, U visa, and removal defense cases Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clients Organized, accountable, and able to manage a full caseload without hand‑holding Someone who takes pride in representing this community at a high level Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance‑based bonuses 401(k) with employer match Health and dental insurance Paid time off Location Based in Hoover, Alabama; serving clients across the state Schedule Monday to Friday; in person Experience Immigration law: 3 years (Required) Language Spanish (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
