We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and overall fiscal health of the organization in Irvine, California. This position is ideal for a senior finance executive with experience in aviation or aerospace and the ability to support a broader portfolio that includes real estate interests. The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to ownership, helping guide planning, performance, and sustainable growth across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business objectives.
• Oversee accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide executive-level guidance to ownership on profitability, capital allocation, risk management, and business performance.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, operating results, and opportunities for growth within the core business.
• Support financial oversight and analysis for affiliated real estate holdings, including planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with banking partners, advisors, investors, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead responses to inbound financial and business inquiries from ownership, partners, and key constituents.
• Develop and strengthen financial processes, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional decision support across the organization.
