RN Emergency Room

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care to provide skilled nursing, patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role demands strong communication and teamwork to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced ER environment. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required. Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans in the ER setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with diverse and acute medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for field work.

• Experience working specifically in Emergency Room settings.
• Advanced certifications relevant to emergency nursing (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
• Prior experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration.

• Work involves 12-hour night shifts in an Emergency Room environment.
• Ability to work effectively under high stress and fast-paced conditions.
• May require on-call availability and flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
