You will: Speak directly with engineers and technical professionals Run structured phone screens and qualification calls Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback Support offer negotiations and close placements Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding Compensation & Growth OTE (On Target Earnings): $85,000–$110,000+ (uncapped) Commission: Paid per placement with a clear, transparent structure Career path: Senior Recruiter and team lead roles Promotions: Performance‑based and earned through results Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 1–4 years in sales, account management, customer success, recruiting, or recent graduate with demonstrated drive Comfortable spending significant time on the phone Strong written and verbal communication skills Coachable mindset and genuine desire to improve Location This role is onsite in Downtown Austin, TX. #J-18808-Ljbffr
