What You’ll Do Own the candidate relationship from first call through offer acceptance: Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback Support offer negotiations and close placements Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding You’ll Thrive Here If You: Are motivated by performance-based pay Communicate confidently on the phone and in writing Take feedback seriously and improve through repetition Stay organized managing multiple priorities Build real relationships, not just hit quotas Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1–4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive Comfortable spending significant time on the phone #J-18808-Ljbffr
