Quality Engineer III

Designing and implementing test automation solutions, the remote Quality Engineer III will develop robust automation scripts, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities Lead technical support for software installation, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring effective communication and documentation Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java or C#, integrating Selenium and Appium for comprehensive testing of web and mobile applications Analyze test results and collaborate with QA and project teams to identify root causes of failures and assist in defect resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in systems engineering or programming, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience 7 years of experience in testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and mobile automation tools like Appium Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle Experience with defect tracking tools, particularly JIRA, and automation testing techniques
