Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist

• Perform MRI procedures on heavy neuro patients, including those with spinal, stroke, and head trauma issues
• Support student athletes through diagnostic imaging services
• Provide excellent patient care to ensure positive outcomes
• Collaborate with radiologists and other MRI techs to deliver high-quality imaging

Requirements of the MRI Technologist

• BLS and ARRT (MR) or AMRIT certifications
• Kentucky state license preferred
• Minimum 1 year of acute inpatient care experience
• Experience with Cerner EMR and Siemens Sola, Verio equipment preferred
