Medical Device Assembler

Pay: $21–$22/hr

Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Available

Location: On‑Site Clean Room Environment

About the Role

Join a growing medical manufacturing team where you’ll assemble French catheters in a clean, well‑lit, temperature‑controlled environment. This is a hands‑on role working with small parts, microscopes, tweezers, and hand tools to build high‑quality medical products used in patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble catheter components with precision
• Use microscopes, tweezers, and small hand tools
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality
• Support multiple product lines and assembly stages
• Complete final packaging of finished products

What You Need

• 1-2 years of medical assembly experience (catheter experience preferred)
• Comfortable working under a microscope
• Skilled with tweezers, pliers, and basic hand tools
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Ability to learn quickly and cross‑train

Work Environment

• State‑of‑the‑art clean room
• Full gowning required (smock, hair net, glasses)
• Temperature‑controlled, bright, and expanding facility
• 1st shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maplewood, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
