Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

Belove It Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Painesville, OH. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, utilizing your exceptional clinical skills and dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting treatments as ordered
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team, family members, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the needs of multiple patients and families

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Ohio

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN

• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, vital sign assessment, and wound care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
