What You Will Do

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Computer Science Intern to join our team.
• The intern will work on projects to identify, design, and implement solutions to automate and streamline manual processes, improving efficiency and productivity within the team.
• This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic work environment.

What You Will Learn

• Develop understanding of managing Sustainment Data in the Military Engines Aftermarket environment.
• You will engage in cross functional collaboration, analyze processes and workflows, recommend improvements for data accuracy and efficiency, and enhance your project management skills.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, C# or similar

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience using Oracle SQL
• Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or task scheduling platforms
• Familiarity with DataBricks environment
• Familiarity with Classic Machine Learning and current Artificial Intelligence best practices
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and process optimization techniques.
• Experience using Databricks or similar data analytics platform

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
