Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting daily store operations and sales goals. The role is customer-first, collaborative, and focused on building clientele and representing the Ralph Lauren brand standards. Responsibilities Drive daily sales results and work to achieve individual and team targets Provide a personalized customer experience and support the store vision Utilize company tools and alternative purchasing methods (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to support sales Participate in team training and represent RL brand expectations on the sales floor Engage in networking to build customer relationships and clientele Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs Maintain sales floor standards and support product discovery via QR codes and digital catalogs Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around the sales floor Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and perform light climbing as needed Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
