Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the building of various manufacturing equipment to support the production goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

• Build, test, and calibrate all levels of assemblies and install them in the final build of instruments that meet quality standards.
• Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly and mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Electronics assembly knowledge preferred but not required.
• Experience with pipette testing and fiber optic instruments.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Middleton, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
