This is not adocumentation-focused role. We are looking for someone who can independentlyidentify issues, engage stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and move workforward. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner in themodernization of Nevada’s Voter Registration and Election Management System(VREMS). Leaddiscussions that uncover root causes, business needs, risks, and opportunities. Partnerwith state and county election officials to understand challenges and developpractical solutions. Driverequirements, decisions, and action items to completion. Identifygaps in processes and recommend improvements. Facilitateworkshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Translateoperational needs into system requirements and user stories. Supporttesting, issue resolution, and deployment activities. Provideclear recommendations backed by analysis and stakeholder input. Helpproject teams navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions. Takesownership without waiting to be asked. Asksthoughtful questions and challenges assumptions respectfully. Buildscredibility quickly with diverse stakeholders. Balancesattention to detail with a focus on outcomes. Workseffectively in ambiguous or evolving environments. Caninfluence decisions without relying on formal authority. Five ormore years of business analysis, process improvement, program support, orrelated experience. Experiencefacilitating stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting technologyimplementations. Experience developing user stories, use cases,business process models, workflow diagrams, and requirements traceabilitymatrices. Experience supporting enterprise-wide modernization ordigital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of election administration processes, voterregistration processes, election security concepts, or election-relatedregulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactiveproblem solver who enjoys working with people, facilitating discussions, andhelping organizations navigate change. They are comfortable operating inambiguous environments, asking challenging questions, building consensus amongstakeholders with competing priorities, and turning complex business needs intopractical solutions.
