This travel assignment is an excellent opportunity for experienced Operating Room RNs to expand their professional horizons. Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week: 6:45am - 5:15pm
• Call required

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current RN licensure (single-state or compact)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• 1+ year experience in direct patient care preferred
• Strong English communication skills; basic computer proficiency
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments
• Effective teamwork and leadership initiative

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered perioperative care using evidence-based practice
• Perform ongoing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Partner with patients and families to provide individualized support
• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation
• Participate in performance improvement and professional development activities
• Mentor and precept junior staff or students, helping foster future nursing excellence
• Adhere to all organizational standards, safety goals, and professional code of conduct
