Shift Manager

Position Overview Shift Manager at a McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for continuity. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments achieve their goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Must be 18 years old or older. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast-paced environment. Pay

• 16.50 per hour - Maryland
• 16.65 per hour - Montgomery County
• 19.00 per hour - District of Columbia
