Role Description The Associate Financial Advisor is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Orlando, FL. This position supports senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to clients. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client financial information, preparing financial plans and investment proposals, and assisting with retirement and insurance planning recommendations. The role also involves participating in client meetings, documenting follow‑up actions, maintaining accurate client records within firm systems, and coordinating with internal team members to ensure timely implementation of strategies. The Associate Financial Advisor will contribute to ongoing client service, portfolio monitoring, and proactive outreach to help clients stay on track with their financial goals. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to support the development and delivery of comprehensive client strategies. Strong Finance and Investments knowledge to analyze portfolios, evaluate risk, and recommend appropriate solutions. Experience or training in Retirement Planning to help design long‑term income and savings strategies aligned with client goals. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; progress toward or interest in CFP®CFA, or similar professional designation is preferred. Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
