This position is built for advisors who want to do what they do best: meet with qualified prospects, deliver recommendations, and close new client relationships. The firm handles marketing, lead generation, scheduling, planning support, and paperwork. You’ll walk into a booked calendar, supported by a dedicated planning team and client service staff, and focus exclusively on onboarding new clients and growing assets. This role is ideal for a confident, coachable closer who thrives in a high-performance environment, values structure, and wants uncapped earning potential without the grind of prospecting.
