Behavior Technician — $18-20/hour · Part-Time (15 Hours/Week)

Mercy Plus is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors — real, visible progress you'll see week to week.

A typical day: Working one-on-one with a child on an individualized treatment plan, running skill-building activities, documenting sessions on a tablet, and checking in regularly with your supervising BCBA.
What you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable sitting, kneeling, crouching, or being on the floor for extended periods, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Genuine patience and interest in working with children — this is rewarding work, and it's also physically and emotionally active work
