Registered Nurse

Overview Join to apply for the Registered Nurse role at Encompass Health. Base pay range $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr Hiring for full-time and PRN Day and Night shifts w/benefits and shift differential (3 shifts per week and every other weekend rotation). Also hiring for area non benefited float pool positions (covering Kingsport, Bristol and Johnson City locations). $55 per hour/Area Float Pool PRN rate 3 -12 hour shifts per week Nights no benefits no shift differential Responsibilities and environment Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understand their unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Qualifications Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
