In this dynamic role, you will install, maintain, and repair production and manufacturing equipment. You will also inspect equipment for proper functioning and perform preventative maintenance duties in accordance with manufacturer specifications.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPerform complete preventative maintenance inspections and services on all production and manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment to meet company performance standards.Apply a continuous improvement mindset to identify and support process improvements.Comply with all company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements.Use all personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with OSHA regulations.Possess and maintain personal tools necessary to perform job duties.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required.One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three years of related experience and/or training in equipment maintenance and repair; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Moderate knowledge of and/or experience with PLC systems.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and accurately recording data.Bilingual skills are beneficial.Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills required.Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.Experience and/or certification in the following areas is preferred but not required.
