When you join us in Watertown, MA , you earn $17.00/hour . We're flexible with scheduling , with shifts starting as early as 7:00 am and ending as late as 1:00 am. QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge about food safety and hygiene
• Ability to balance and carry heavy trays
• Ability to stay calm and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Some weekend availability

A high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred but isn't required.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A SERVER ASSISTANT

A positive attitude and a focus on customer service are your keys to success in this entry-level role. You're the bridge between our front- and back-of-house, communicating information between restaurant customers and kitchen staff. As customers place food orders, you communicate them to the chef and then deliver the food from the kitchen once it's ready. You assist waitstaff, share allergies and special requests with the chef, and help clean dirty dishes to provide positive member experiences!
