Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Revenue Planning & Productivity

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company and a proud Great Place to Work Certified employer in the United States.As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Revenue & Productivity on the Sales Operations team in our New York Office, you'll play a vital role in owning sales productivity across our global go-to-market business. You will give sales leadership a single, productivity-based view of how we hit our number, own the operating plan end-to-end, excel at capacity and productivity modeling, and act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Strategy, FP&A, and senior leadership.To thrive in this role, you'll need:7+ years of experience in business or revenue operations, sales operations, revenue strategy & planning, or FP&A.Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.Strong analytical and modeling skills — capacity, productivity, quota, and attainment — with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategy.Deep understanding of sales operations tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and KPI reporting platforms (Vertica, BigQuery, QlikSense / Nexus).Experience leveraging generative AI tools to drive operational efficiency.Bonus points if you have:SQL experience.Experience partnering with FP&A on forecasting and quota-setting methodology.How you'll make an impact:Own the go-to-market operating plan from a productivity standpoint — the single, connected, always-current view of how we hit our number.Build and own funnel conversions target and alignment with sales leaders globally, regionally and per market, including, MQL, SQL, Closed Won, Closed Live, Activations, etc.Own the planning rhythm and calendar to automate and influence annual and quarterly target-setting, quota rollout, and refresh cadence.Deliver the reconcile operating picture that leadership, including the Chief Business Officer, uses to prepare for planning cycles and business reviews.Act as a trusted revenue operations advisor to Sales and FP&A leadership, designing and implementing planning processes that support evolving sales strategies.Partner with the Commission's team to ensure quota and incentive design reinforce the seller behavior the plan depends on.Why Taboola?If you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they'll tell you that they've been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people. Base Salary Pay Range$133,450—$155,550 USD
