Family Medicine Physician ($45,000 Sign On Bonus)

The Position: Our client is looking for a qualified Physician to join their team. The Physician functions as an essential member of multi-disciplinary care team, providing leadership and direction in a team based, client centered approach to treatment and participates in the development of and approval of all care plans. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $250,000 and up Depending on Experience
- $45,000 Retention Bonus at The End of Your Contract
- Bonus Structure Based on RVU’s

- CME With $5000 Reimbursement
- 403 B With 4% Match Starts Day 1 of Employment
- 3 Year Contract
- 23 Days of PTO + 7 Paid Holidays
- Student Loan Repayment Through NHSC
- Student Loan Repayment Through The State of PA ($80,000 For 2 Year Commitment) Does Not Run Concurrent With NHSC
- License Renewal And DEA Paid up to $1200 Per Year
- Malpractice And All Fees Paid by Employer

- Additional Physician Retirement Package
- Relocation Assistance up to $12,000
Requirements :
- Current BC/BE in Family Medicine
- J1 Visa Accepted
- New Grads Welcome
- Valid Pennsylvania Medical License as MD or DO
- Valid DEA Certificate
- Experience in Primary Care/ Family Medicine
Responsibilities:
- Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
- All Call Goes Through NurseTriage System
- Call Split With 25 Providers
- Saturday Requirement 2 or 3 Times a Year
- 20-25 Patients a Day
