Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Pay: TBD
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide nursing services at Federal Medical Center.
This is a federal correctional healthcare setting providing medical care in a structured clinical environment.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Typically Monday–Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Federal holidays off
RN Duties
- Provide direct patient care
- Medication administration
- Sick call and chronic care support
- Intake screenings and assessments
- Emergency response as needed
- Documentation and charting
- Collaborate with physicians and facility staff
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
Requirements
- Active RN TX license (any U.S. state accepted preferred if federal contract allows)
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Ability to pass federal background/security clearance
- Correctional or psych experience preferred but not required
