Project Manager

If you love managing large construction projects, mentoring others and are passionate about safety, Southland has an opportunity for you as a Project Manager! In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million-dollar commercial MEP projects, while developing future project managers and leaders. Position Details Develops client relations by providing project status updates to client and leadership. Managed budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project. Participates in project meetings with internal departments. Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other report as necessary. Delegates work and serves as mentor to Project Engineers. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary. Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California, this ranges from $100,000.00-$140,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
