Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Prepare and learn to review complex business and individual tax returns (including Partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps).
\n
• Assist with year-round strategic tax planning and consultative business advisory engagements.
\n
• Act as a key point of contact for diverse client relationships, ensuring proactive and responsive communication.
\n
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff accountants while collaborating directly with firm leadership.
\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 2–4 years of progressive tax experience within a public accounting environment.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
\n
• Active CPA or EA license (or active, concrete progress toward finalizing certification).
\n
• Hands-on experience preparing corporate, partnership, and pass-through entity tax returns.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure to baseline tax planning or client consulting.
\n
• Strong technical research skills and familiarity with modern accounting tech stacks (Advanced Excel, QuickBooks Online, or common tax software).
