This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has extensive knowledge of service operations, customer satisfaction, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service Lead, coach, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff Maintain compliance with all warranty and service procedures Maximize departmental performance by tracking KPIs, labor hours, and CSI scores Ensure smooth coordination with Parts and Sales departments Develop and implement customer retention strategies and service promotions Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume dealership Proven leadership and team-building skills Deep understanding of warranty guidelines, systems, and service procedures Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities Familiarity with DMS software ASE and/or certifications preferred Ferman Core Values Maintain Ferman Standard of Ethics at all times.
