Workers Compensation Attorney Augusta, GA (On Site) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a growing legal team handling claims across Georgia and South Carolina. This position offers a strong work‑life balance with no billable hour requirements and a consistent Monday‑through‑Friday 9 to 5 schedule. Compensation And Benefits Base salary $100K - $150K Quarterly bonus opportunities Health insurance Dental insurance 401K No billable hours Consistent Monday‑through‑Friday 9 to 5 schedule Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement negotiations Provide legal counsel regarding rights, benefits and case strategy Draft and file pleadings, motions and other legal documents Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers and medical providers Review medical records and collaborate with experts as needed Maintain accurate and timely case documentation Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active bar license in Georgia or South Carolina (dual licensure strongly preferred) Litigation experience required Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently Strong organizational and communication skills Detail‑oriented with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience handling hearings and trials Bilingual Spanish is a plus for .
