Commercial Real Estate Workout Officer

Managing a portfolio of low- to mid-complexity non-performing commercial real estate loans, the full-time remote Commercial Real Estate Workout Officer will analyze collateral and borrower financials, negotiate solutions with clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of distressed multi-family loans and recommend resolution strategies Review and negotiate commercial loan documentation while coordinating with legal counsel Evaluate property performance and prepare credit memoranda for management review Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate workouts or credit risk management Proven ability to review and negotiate commercial loan documentation Experience underwriting rent-regulated multifamily properties in the NYC market Strong background in credit analysis and borrower negotiations Virtual Vocations Inc
