Payroll Specialist Senior

Job Summary:

The Senior Payroll Support specialist is responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll processing, resolving payroll-related issues, and supporting comprehensive payroll operations. This role ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities:

• Process weekly, biweekly, and off-cycle payroll accurately.
• Handle payroll adjustments, banking transactions, and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits.
• Resolve payroll inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multi-state payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Excel, ServiceNow, and UKG Timekeeper.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• FPC, PCP, or CPP certification.
• Advanced Excel and Payroll Systems experience.

• Must comply with company payroll policies and regulatory standards.
