We are seeking a passionate, skill driven & dedicated senior sous chef to join our team!
This is a growing group with a Restaurant and a cocktail bar residing in the same building. This role is fitted for an individual who will thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in consistency, precision, and teamwork. Room for growth in this role. What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of professional kitchen experience
Strong understanding of classic techniques and modern execution
Excellent time management, organization, and cleanliness
Ability to be a team player
Commitment to professionalism, respect, and continuous learning
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage a small group of talented cooks
- Be able to lead by example
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly in the kitchen.
- Must be reliable and Passionate about their craft
- Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentation in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
- Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
