Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst (7+ years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analytical capabilities, deep experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP) within Commercial Pharma, and a proven ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirement Management
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across Commercial Pharma functions.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, structured functional and technical specifications.
• Create high-quality deliverables including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Patient Support Programs (PSP) Expertise
• Work on initiatives related to Patient Support Programs, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Understand end-to-end PSP processes including onboarding, adherence, reimbursement, and patient engagement journeys.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize PSP operations and outcomes.
• Stakeholder & Customer Management
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Manage expectations effectively and ensure timely communication of progress, risks, and issues.
• Solution Design & Delivery Support
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test case preparation and defect tracking.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Documentation & Communication
• Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deliver insights and updates through presentations, reports, and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Documentation.
• Hands-on experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP) within Commercial Pharma.
• Proven ability in stakeholder and customer management across multiple levels.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a quick, responsive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Exposure to data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial operations and compliance frameworks.
